Spaghetti with bottarga is a delicious dish from Sicily. We will supply all the ingredients and it won’t take you more than 20 minutes to prepare this top quality pasta. Bottarga di tonno is cured tuna eggs; the whole roe is salted, pressed and hung to dry. It’s the Sicilian caviar, and is the key ingredient in this pasta recipe which is one of my favourites and very easy to prepare.
