Domenico is Marco’s cousin (who produces our chickpeas and lentils). His 350 years old olive grove is situated in Salaparuta region near Gibellina, a village which was completely destroyed in the 1968 earthquake. Olive trees didn’t move. Domenico’s Nocellara olive oil is powerful and persistent, grassy, complex with a wild chard note.
