This pasta sauce is a recipe from our chef  Roberto. One pot will serve 2 to 3 portions of pasta. The best is to warm it up with a couple of spoons of water from the pasta, add a bit of olive oil and it's ready!

Ingredients: courgette 80%, extra-virgin olive oil, salted ricotta, almonds, salt, mint, garlic, basil, sugar, citric acid, pepper.
