This Olive trees are between 200 and 300 years old. They grow in a place called Urra Sotana not far from the sea. The soil is brown, good for olive trees like biancolilla and cerasuola. The olive grove is surrounded by prickly pears and pomegranate trees. The cerasuola is fruity with a spicy note and a little bitterness like artichoke.
